Rates

Bellow rates are quoted in Euros per room / per night, for double occupancy. Are valid for the period and the dates indicated, include all currently applicable service charges & taxes and may change without prior notice should local taxes change. Bellow rates are on Bed & Breakfast basis.

Charge per extra person regardless of the room type and the season: € 35.00 on B/B Basis. All room Types could accommodate for more than Two People except of our Suite.

Children aged 02 - 12 years old, receive a 50% discount as per an extra person charge only.

Double for Single use: - € 15,00 out of the official room rate.

Check in time at 14:00 - Check out time at 12:00

RESERVATION POLICY

In order for us to be able to confirm a reservation a deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation fees apply if a cancellation is received 14 days prior the arrival date in written notice and guests are to be refunded the total amount of the deposit -3% for the banking transaction fees.

If a cancellation would take place with in a period less than 14 days prior the arrival date the Hotel will charge the full amount of the deposit.

In a case of a none show or for a departure that would take place earlier than the original departure date, according to the Greek law the Hotel shall be entitled to claim full compensation for services been ordered but in any event will not be less than 100 % of the entire stay.

Hotel Loucas is one of the very first hotels in Santorini and it is situated at the heart of the cliff side (caldera) in Fira town, the capital of Thira (Santorini), right above the old port, facing the Aegean Sea the volcano and the sun set.

Our Hotel is only accessible by steps 250 meters above the sea level and our rooms are been built in levels, according to the architectural style of the island.
